The terms that govern use of this site and our supply of honey. A plain-English summary of how we work together.
1. Who we are

2. What this site is
This is an informational and enquiry website for our B2B honey services. No purchase or payment is taken on the site. Enquiries, the quote builder, WhatsApp and call bookings begin a conversation; a binding supply contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing and receive the agreed advance.
3. Quotations & pricing
- Figures shown by the on-site quote builder are indicative estimates only, exclusive of GST and transport, and are not a binding offer.
- A formal quotation is confirmed by us in writing or on a call, and is typically valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices depend on varietal, volume, format, label and destination, and may change with market conditions until an order is confirmed.
4. Orders & minimum quantities
Our standard minimum order is 120 kg per variant. Smaller first batches may be possible by arrangement and are priced separately. Orders are confirmed once you have approved the spec, samples and label artwork and the agreed advance is received.
5. Payment
- 50% advance to confirm an order, with the balance payable before dispatch.
- Small or first batches may require 100% advance.
- All prices are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are charged as per law.

6. Samples
Sample packs are offered free; you cover only courier charges (indicatively ₹200–₹600 depending on weight and distance). See Shipping & Logistics for details.
7. Lead times
Production typically takes 10–14 working days from receipt of advance and approved label artwork; new brands generally move from first call to launch in 6–8 weeks or more. Lead times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by seasonality and matters beyond our control.
8. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, supply is on an Ex-Works basis (North India / Delhi NCR), with transport charged at actuals and risk passing to you on hand-over to the carrier or on collection. See Shipping & Logistics.
9. The product
Honey is a natural product. Colour, texture, aroma, taste and crystallisation vary by season, region and floral source; crystallisation is a natural property, not spoilage or adulteration. Goods are supplied to the agreed specification and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis. See our Disclaimer and Quality & Certifications.
10. Your brand & intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand name, label artwork and trademarks. You confirm that any artwork, text or claims you supply are yours to use and do not infringe others’ rights, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of your label claims. 11. Compliance
We hold FSSAI, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP and HACCP credentials for our operations. You are responsible for obtaining any licences and approvals required to sell under your own brand in your markets.
12. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Because goods are custom-manufactured and food products, returns and cancellations are limited — see Returns, Refunds & Replacements.
13. Warranties & liability
We warrant that goods conform to the agreed specification and applicable FSSAI standards at the time of dispatch. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, crop/season failure, transport disruption, or acts of government.
15. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s commercial information (including pricing and recipes) confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
