Shipping & Logistics
How orders and samples reach you — delivery terms, lead times, packaging and what to do if something arrives damaged.
1. Where we ship
We supply across India. Export enquiries are welcome and handled separately — we hold IEC and APEDA registration; please contact us to discuss.
2. Delivery terms
Unless otherwise agreed, supply is Ex-Works — North India / Delhi NCR (Global Joby). Transport is arranged at actuals, and risk in the goods passes to you on hand-over to the carrier or on collection. Other arrangements can be agreed in writing. [CONFIRM confirm default delivery point/Incoterm]
3. Freight & transport
Freight is charged at actuals and can be arranged by us or by you. Costs vary with destination, weight and volume.
4. Lead & transit times
Dispatch typically follows 10–14 working days after advance and label approval (see Terms & Conditions); transit time then depends on destination and carrier.
5. Packaging & formats
Goods are packed in food-grade, transit-safe packaging. Bulk formats are 30 kg buckets, 40 kg jerry cans and HDPE drums (~280 kg); retail formats are glass and PET from 125 g to 1 kg, plus monodose sachets. See the Catalogue and Wholesale & Bulk.
6. Samples & courier
Sample packs are free; you pay only courier, indicatively ₹200–₹600 by weight and distance (the Northeast and far South cost more). Tasting samples are 50 g; evaluation samples 135 g or 250 g. We usually suggest two varietals to start, up to four.
7. Damage in transit
Please inspect on delivery and report any damage promptly — see Returns, Refunds & Replacements.
