Is it real?
Here’s how we prove it.
Since 2020, India’s honey buyers have learned to be sceptical — and they’re right to be. We don’t ask you to take our word for it. Every batch sits on a documented chain of testing and certification, from a per-batch Certificate of Analysis up to NMR authentication.
Most honey “purity” claims are marketing. Ours are lab reports.
After the 2020 adulteration findings, words like “natural” and “raw” stopped meaning much on a label — major brands passed basic sugar tests and still failed sophisticated ones. So we built the opposite of a claim: a testing ladder that runs from a per-batch Certificate of Analysis all the way up to NMR, the international gold standard for catching rice and sugar syrup. What you can verify, you can trust.
Six levels of proof — as deep as your brand needs.
Every order starts at a Certificate of Analysis. From there, the higher rungs are commissioned to match how much your buyers will scrutinise — premium and export brands climb further.
Certificate of Analysis
The baseline that ships with every batch — moisture, sugar profile, HMF freshness and a basic adulterant screen, on your honey, for your run.
Agmark
India’s agricultural quality grade — the mark government and Ayurvedic buyers look for first.
FSSAI testing
The standard domestic safety and quality benchmark — the floor every honey sold in India should clear.
NMR authentication
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance — the international gold standard. It catches the rice and C3/C4 sugar syrups that basic tests miss. Run through Intertek (primary), with Eurofins and SGS as secondary labs. Around ₹32,000 per batch, charged as a line item — not a marketing claim, a lab report on your honey.
LC-HRMS
High-resolution mass spectrometry for advanced, trace-level adulterant detection — for buyers who need to go beyond NMR.
DNA analysis
Emerging botanical-origin verification — proving the floral source itself, not just the absence of syrup. The frontier of honey authentication.
Licensed, certified, and on the public record.
The registrations below are verifiable in their public registries. The food-safety certifications are audited and current.
Full certificates, audit reports, and your batch’s CoA and NMR results are shared with you directly as a customer — we don’t publish them for download. The fastest way to see everything for your project is a 30-minute call.
The reports your buyers ask for.
Each is run on your honey and shared with your batch — the documentation a serious retailer, procurement team or export buyer expects to see.
